Dr. Verma can treat patients in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Appointments will take place via a secure video conferencing link, which will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.

TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT FOR EMERGENT CONDITIONS – PATIENT SHOULD CALL 911 IF IN DISTRESS OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM.

This telehealth service offers convenient, remote consultations for common internal medicine conditions, including respiratory infections, allergies, digestive issues, headaches, fatigue, and more. While the absence of a physical examination may limit diagnostic capabilities, a thorough history and symptom evaluation will guide medical advice, prescriptions (if appropriate), and follow-up recommendations. This service is designed to address non-emergency concerns and support your health needs from the comfort of your home.

PHYSICIAN PROFESSIONAL FEES Payment is due in full for physician consult services at the time of your appointment. We accept debit/credit cards and payments are processed securely via Square. Notice of Non-Participation in Insurance: The Practice does not participate in any health insurance plans, HMOs, or other third-party payors, whether private or government sponsored. Accordingly, the Practice may not submit claims to, nor seek reimbursement from any insurance plan or third-party payor.  The Practice is unable to accept Medicare beneficiaries: Dr Verma is not opted out of Medicare and the law does not allow physicians to privately contract with Medicare Beneficiaries unless they are opted out fully opted out of Medicare. The Patient has been informed of this and certifies that they are not Medicare beneficiaries or Medicare eligible.  Additional Costs: Patients are responsible for all costs associated with laboratory analysis or diagnostic testing that the physician orders and for the cost of medication prescribed.

Visit 1: 60-Minute Initial Telehealth Appointment

• Comprehensive review of your chronic conditions and medications.
• Development of a personalized dietary and exercise/movement plan.
• Discussion of supplements and strategies to reduce exposure to environmental toxins.
• If needed, lab tests, diagnostic exams, or medication prescriptions will be ordered. The patient is responsible for any associated costs.

Visit 2: 30-Minute Lab/Diagnostic Test Review & Accountability Check-In

Will go over any labs that were resulted

Review progress with your dietary and exercise plan, with continued support and guidance.

CONTINUED SUPPORT AND COACHING VIA SECURE EMAIL

Access to physician via secure email for non-emergent questions during the month and for ongoing support and accountability check-ins.

LAB TESTING OPTIONS

Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics

• Lab tests will be ordered, and patients will need to visit a nearby service center for blood draws.

ADDITIONAL COSTS These costs are separate from the telehealth consultation fees.
