- In person home visits in Burlington County, Camden County and Gloucester County New Jersey – To assess your overall health, I’ll check your blood pressure, height, weight, and waist circumference. I’ll also perform a thorough physical exam, focusing on your general health and excluding any sensitive areas like the breasts, genitals, or reproductive organ).

- Development of a movement plan to aim for 8000 + steps a day.
- Discussion about supplements – none are regulated by FDA and few are third party lab tested. The market is saturated with these products, often promoted heavily by healthcare influencers, despite limited scientific evidence supporting their benefits for patients. This raises serious concerns about patient safety and the potential for misleading marketing practices.
- Dissection of your kitchen/pantry – to help you to eliminate processed food and throw out containers/cookware that maybe leaching harmful chemicals such as bisphenol A (BPA), phthalates, flame retardants, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs). These chemicals can have serious health impacts, including cancer, thyroid disease, and diabetes.
- Explore strategies to reduce exposure to environmental toxins – air, water and personal products/household items.

PHYSICIAN PROFESSIONAL FEES

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Patients are responsible for the cost of all lab tests, diagnostic exams, and medications. While most health insurance plans do cover some lab tests, they may not cover “comprehensive labs” meaning a wide array of tests not considered medically necessary, which could result in out-of-pocket costs depending on your specific plan and the reason for the testing; always check with your insurance provider to understand what is covered
